Schönbrunn Ferienwohnungen are two rentable apartments in Vienna, completely renovated in April 2016. The apartments are prepared for visitors and they are available from 2 days up to a month. Located in the 12th district of Vienna, it takes 5 minutes by foot to get to one of Austria`s most beautiful places - the Schönbrunn palace. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes by the U4.
Both apartments provide everything needed for the visitor who prefers the quietness of a private accommodation instead of a hotel - kitchen with all necessary equipment and a washing machine included. In our apartments, recently renovated in modern design, you will feel like you are at home! All prices are exclusive a 30€ payment for cleaning and 3.2% local tax for Vienna per person per night. Car parking is available at request, prices are are 15€ / night, if the stay is longer than 3 nights 10€ / night

A deposit of 100 € has to be placed at the day of arrival, which will be returned if the apartment is left flawless after the stay and no damages have been done to it. Payments are to be made in cash. Cancellation is accepted up to one week prior to the first day of the time of the stay. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed, though in the Deluxe apartment smoking is allowed on the terrace / in the garden only. Pets and parties are not allowed. Parents are responsible for their children.
Check-in between 15:00 and 21.30, check-out before 11:00.
Please understand that the outdoor terrace is not available from November 1st to March 31st. In the case of snow, this period might be extended.
